I need to get on the ball around here. I have been so unmotivated making meals around our house. Not only have the kids been doing their regular "gonging" right and left, but I've had no appetite lately either... food is just a hassle and too much work and nobody around here seems to want to eat anything I make anyway (including myself), so why bother? LOL!
So here's our menu for this week; we'll see what comes of it...
Monday: Corn Dogs and Fries
Tuesday: Chicken Parmesan Risotto
Wednesday: Crock Pot Potatoes
Thursday: Salmon Burgers
Friday: Pizza
Saturday: Sausage and Cheese Scramble
Sunday: Lasagna Rolls
