Goals for the New Year:
Healthier (specifically weight loss friendly right now) meals with an emphasis on fruits and vegetables. I'm striving to serve fish twice a week and other meats just once or twice a week and/or as more the "side dish" rather than the main course.
We'll see how it all goes...
Monday: Tilapia and Veggie Packets with brown rice and steamed broccoli
Tuesday: Smoked Sausage and red potatoes with fresh green beans and homemade applesauce
Wednesday: Protein Pancakes (kids favorite!!), fresh fruit and green smoothies
Thursday: Italian Roast Wraps and green salad with asparagus
Friday: Salmon Patties and salad with shredded cheese
Saturday: out with friends?
Sunday: Mini Cheese Pizzas

Good for you ,"back in the saddle"! You have such a great kitchen to work in and a little more free time now that you have settled in and the holidays are over.Anyway I need to get in that routine. I need a weekly menu!!!
